The "Vityaz" camp was sold for a base value

On January 27, the State Property Committee of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee sold the "Vityaz" health resort, located in the Sennensky district, with an area of 21.5 hectares, which had not been used since 2015.

The resort includes 39 capital structures, including 8 dormitory buildings, a boiler room, warehouses, a medical building, a utility building, a club-canteen, a deferit, an artesian well, a summer stage, a dog kennel, a sewage pumping station, a water tower, treatment facilities, outdoor lighting, heating networks, football and basketball courts.

The health resort was put up for auction for the 14th time, starting from February 2017, this time with an initial price set at 39 base units.

There was only one buyer for this price – a limited liability company from the urban-type settlement of Bolbasovo, Orsha district, to whom the health resort was sold for 1105 rubles. The new owner plans to use the resort as a recreation center.

Also on January 27, with an 80% price reduction, the central warehouse in Dubrovno, with a total area of 403 sq.m., was sold. The warehouse was sold for 15296 rubles to the sole buyer – an individual entrepreneur from Dubrovno.
