This was announced today at a press conference by the Minister of Education of Belarus, Sergey Maskevich, BELTA correspondent reports. Competent authorities have already made decisions on all participants of the incident, and university administrations will not expel students for participating in an unauthorized rally. "However, we can state that some students are deliberately provoking the situation in order to be expelled," the minister said. He also noted that the Code of Education, which will come into force on September 1, 2011, provides for disciplinary action for such actions.-0-
