Task of the day: to produce and sell in-demand products - N.N. Sherstnev
17 managers were invited to an interview with the chairman of the regional executive committee this week as part of the "personnel day" to be appointed to positions and to approve contract extensions.
Four of them replaced the former managers and took charge of enterprises. All of them have solid experience in their respective fields and are well aware of the situation and problems in their industries.
In particular, Andrey Bunakov, the former deputy general director of the open joint-stock company "SvetlogorskKhimvolokno", will now head "PolotskSteklovolokno".
Before taking the position of general director of the republican production agricultural unitary enterprise for breeding "VitebskPlempredpriyatie", Leonid Sokolov worked as the first deputy to his predecessor.
The open joint-stock company "Zhviranka" of Sharkovshchyna district has been entrusted to Petr Ananko, the former head of the peasant farm "Zaprudskoye" of Glubokoye district.
Anatoly Andreev has been transferred to the ranks of the director corps of agricultural enterprises from the position of head of the section of the linear road department of the Gorodok branch of road maintenance department No. 31 of the republican unitary enterprise "VitebskAvtodor". He took charge of the communal unitary agricultural enterprise "Stepanovichi" of Gorodok district.
Another new appointment concerns the executive vertical. Olga Velichko, Deputy Head of the Department of Ideological Work, Culture and Youth Affairs of the Braslav District Executive Committee, has been approved for the position of Deputy Chairman of the District Executive Committee for Social Affairs.
Contract extension with the director of OJSC ”Lepel Dairy Canning Plant“ Alexander Mikhailovsky has not been approved.
Addressing the heads of agricultural enterprises present, the head of the region focused their attention on the need to concentrate efforts to improve work efficiency. It is unacceptable when the revenue per employee in most agricultural organizations does not exceed 150 million rubles per year. Salaries and taxes practically completely "eat up" these amounts, leaving no funds for further development. As a positive example, Nikolai Sherstnev again cited SPC ”Larinovka“ of the Orsha district, where this indicator is more than 742 million rubles per year.
The chairman of the regional executive committee demanded that the directors of enterprises processing dairy products exclude the scheme of supplying products to the Russian market through intermediaries and establish direct access to consumers. The current practice of including intermediary services of trading houses in the sales chain only leads to an increase in the cost of "dairy products" and a decrease in their price competitiveness.
The head of the region also oriented industrialists towards the efficiency of product sales, emphasizing the need to expand existing and search for new sales markets.
