The budget bill will strengthen the position of real economy enterprises - expert
October 5, Vitebsk / Olga Bogacheva - BELTA /. The draft budget bill, supported by parliament in the first reading, will strengthen the position of enterprises in the real sector of the economy. This opinion was expressed to a BELTA correspondent by Lyubov Malysheva, deputy director and founder of the private enterprise "Lyubava" from Novopolotsk, commenting on the draft law "On the Republican Budget for 2013" adopted in the first reading by the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus.
According to Lyubov Malysheva, the policy of supporting enterprises in the real sector of the economy is consistently traced in other budget and financial bills considered by the deputies on October 2. "The adoption of these documents will create additional opportunities for the development of producers and other participants in the real sector of the economy, and consequently, will positively affect the state of the country's economy as a whole," the head is convinced.
Lyubov Malysheva noted that the effective development and functioning of any enterprise is directly related to modernization processes, and technical re-equipment requires significant resources. As a rule, bank loans are attracted for these purposes. As an example, she cited her own company, which actively uses this tool to develop sustainably. "Thus, increasing the accessibility of enterprises in the real sector of the economy to investment loans through investment funds will activate the processes of expansion and renewal of production, and open up prospects for increasing competitiveness," the interlocutor stated.
The head also named the expected reduction in the tax burden on entrepreneurs in 2013 as another stimulating factor for economic development. "This is very important, as it will allow increasing working capital, which can also be directed to production development," she noted.
The "Lyubava" enterprise is engaged in the production of sewing and knitwear and includes several enterprises - "Lyubava-Lux" and "Lyubava-Lis". The enterprise is equipped with modern foreign equipment, which allows producing products that are not inferior in quality to imported counterparts. The company's sales strategy is aimed at working with wholesale buyers. The company's clients include more than 100 trading enterprises of various forms of ownership located in Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan, and Ukraine. About 35% of the products manufactured are exported. The volume of investments directed to the company's development this year amounted to $700 thousand. In January-September, products worth Br7 billion were produced. The number of employees is about 500 people, including 400 directly involved in production. -0-
