Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration Vladimir Zhevnyak met with the staff of the Liozno hospital

Заместитель главы Администрации Президента Владимир Жевняк встретился с трудовым коллективом лиозненской больницы

Meetings with the public allow for on-site decision-making on complex issues. This opinion was expressed to journalists by Vladimir Zhevnyak, Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration, in response to a question from a BELTA correspondent, following a dialogue with the work collective of the Liozno Central District Hospital.

Such meetings are systematically held by leaders at all levels of the country in various work collectives: at enterprises and organizations, educational institutions, social service institutions, and others. "These meetings are very important: people have the opportunity to voice the problems that arise locally, and an official has the opportunity to hear them and make a decision. This is an important aspect of working with the public. This is what we work for, to solve the problems of ordinary people," emphasized the Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration.

At the meeting with Vladimir Zhevnyak, hospital staff were interested in the increase in the retirement age, the renewal of hospital transport, problematic issues related to the provision of paid medical services to the public, and other questions. "Not all problems can be solved immediately. However, I am confident that any issue needs to be discussed; this helps to find a solution at a certain stage," he concluded.

The Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration also held a meeting with the ideological asset of the region at the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, where he emphasized the need to update approaches to audience interaction and recalled the importance of a conscientious attitude towards the work performed and the high-quality resolution of assigned tasks, which directly affects the degree of public trust in government bodies.
