The International Arts Festival "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk" has become a vivid example of constructive and mutually beneficial cooperation in the humanitarian sphere. Since then, the festival has fully confirmed its relevance. It is gratifying that "Slavianski Bazaar" is developing year by year, expanding its creative horizons, drawing new participants and devoted fans into its orbit, and introducing the public to the original creativity of vocal, academic, theatrical, choreographic, and folklore ensembles and performers from dozens of countries," Vladimir Putin conveyed warm words to the fraternal creative forum.

The head of the Russian Federation expressed confidence that the concert "The Union State Invites," held under the auspices of the Union State of Belarus and Russia, will be a significant event.
