Zamkovaya and Uspenskaya squares appeared in Vitebsk

On the eve of the 1039th anniversary of Vitebsk, Assumption and Zamkovaya squares have appeared in the regional center. It is under these names that new elements of the street and road network of the regional center, located in the historical part of the city, will be entered into the address register of the Republic of Belarus.

The squares are located next to each other. Assumption Square is located on Assumption Hill near the revived Holy Assumption Cathedral. The improved territory at the foot of the same Orthodox church at the intersection of Zamkovaya and Pushkin streets, including Pushkin Square, is now called "Zamkovaya Square".
