The funds earned on October 21 during the community clean-up day will be transferred to the account of the city executive committee and used for the improvement and development of Vitebsk, the creation of monumental and decorative art, and architectural forms that perpetuate the memory of fellow countrymen and are timed to coincide with important historical events.
The community clean-up day will be held as part of the clean-up month, which started in Vitebsk on October 16. Anyone can participate.
