Salary + housing – and the youth will stay: Anatoly Linevich held a "direct line" and citizen reception in Ushachi

Зарплата + жыллё – і моладзь застанецца: Анатоль Ліневіч правёў ва Ушачах «прамую лінію» і прыём грамадзян
Presidential Aide – Inspector for the Vitebsk Region Anatoly Linevich held a "direct line" and a personal reception of citizens in Ushachi. It should be noted that there was no rush, so Anatoly Konstantinovich concluded that the local authorities had organized proper work with people's requests – less than a dozen appeals, mostly of a private nature, were received two hours before him.

Conditionally, they can be divided into two groups. Some citizens came to the Presidential Aide hoping for a review of appeals to other instances, as they were dissatisfied with the answers and outcomes of resolving their problems. They concerned land disputes, possible violations in the conduct of operational-investigative measures, employment, and payment of bank loans. Anatoly Linevich delved into the essence of the appeals in detail; checks will be carried out on some of them. If it turns out that the previous decisions were made in accordance with the legislation, then citizens will have to accept them, even though they do not meet their expectations. For the final resolution of one long-standing dispute, a citizen was advised to go to court.

A resident of the village of Sarochyna disagrees with the amount charged after specialists from UP "Navapolatskvadakanal" discovered water consumption without a meter at her property. A verification of the justification for the calculated amount will also be carried out here. A collective appeal was also received, voiced on behalf of the residents of the village of Guta by Nina Nikolaeva. The problem is known and is related to construction and installation work on the bridge over the Ushacha River in the district center. In this regard, a detour for vehicles has been organized through Guta, and the villagers complain about increased noise and dust. Ushatsky DRBU-105 of KUP "Vitebskobldarbud" has established a speed limit of 40 kilometers per hour within the settlement, organized watering of the road surface, and in June, dust suppression work was carried out on the gravel road by applying a special bitumen emulsion. However, these measures have not produced the proper effect. Anatoly Linevich noted that the district authorities are taking specific measures to resolve the problem, and after the reception of citizens, together with the Chairman of the District Executive Committee Vladimir Avdoshko and the Chairman of the District Council of Deputies Natalya Markovich, they went to the site to assess the situation. The road through Guta is included in the long-term plan for asphalting; the possibility of doing this this year will depend on funding. In the meantime, the problem will be addressed through intensified watering on hot days.

During his visit to Ushachy, Anatoly Linevich also held a meeting with the district's youth activists and the work collective of the Ushachy forestry enterprise, which took the form of an open dialogue. Anatoly Konstantinovich positively assessed the enterprise's work, where a woodworking shop was opened last year and products with high added value are now exported. At the same time, the President's aide pointed out promising directions – for example, increasing the volume of tourist services and organizing the production of fuel pellets. "This will create new jobs, increase wages for employees, and thus retain young people, as the social infrastructure in your district is at a high level," noted Anatoly Linevich. The director of the Ushachy forestry enterprise, Sergey Danilovich, on behalf of not only the employees of his enterprise but also other residents of Ushachy, asked the President's aide to assist in the construction of rental housing in the district center, which would also contribute to retaining young personnel.
