A center for foreign students has opened in Novopolotsk

As noted by the Rector of PSU Dmitry Lazovsky, this is a significant event for the friendly multinational family of international students. Representatives from twenty countries study at Polotsk State University. The flags of all these states can be seen today on the world map adorning the hall.

The main task of the center, according to Igor Magalinsky, Dean of the Faculty for Work with International Students, is to promote the university's educational programs in the international educational services market and to improve the living conditions of foreigners wishing to obtain a profession in Belarus. PSU has everything necessary for this: qualified teachers, modern organization of the educational process, opportunities for participation in research work, and a vibrant and eventful student life. Annually, representatives from different countries participate and achieve high results in scientific, creative, and sports events, including at the national level.

At the solemn opening ceremony of the center, the chairman of the council of international students, Agamyrat Yagmyrov, thanked the university administration for their attention and expressed confidence that the innovation will contribute to improving the quality of education and become a good platform for communication.
