The next repeated auction for the sale of the former shop of JSC "Vitebskiye Produkty", scheduled for October 4, turned out to be successful. Bidders for the retail property at Moskovsky Avenue, 16 appeared when the starting price for the real estate was reduced by 50% and amounted to almost 490 thousand rubles.

Two participants of the auction, organized by KКУP "Vitebsk Regional Marketing Center", decided to bid for the isolated premises (area 798.5 sq. m). However, at the very first step of the auctioneer, a new owner was determined, who was ready to pay more than 512.1 thousand rubles. The winner refrained from explaining the prospects for the use of the purchase.

We would like to add that the day before, the auction for another retail property of "Vitebskiye Produkty" at Moskovsky Avenue, 64 (area over 1.2 thousand sq. m) did not take place. Its starting price was also reduced by 50% and amounts to almost 875 thousand rubles.
