The administrative building of the rural council, located in the village of Bolshiye Lyottsy, Vitebsk district, was sold at auction for a base value.

Until the end of the 1990s, the rural council of deputies was located here, then until 2017 there was a post office, and for the last 3 years the building has not been used.

4 buyers claimed the price of one base value. During the bidding, at the 60th step of the auction, the rural council building, along with heating equipment, was sold for 13784 rubles to an individual, a resident of Vitebsk. The new owner plans to use the facility for housing after reconstruction.
