From January 2007 to March 2009, the man carried out illegal transactions with the Orsha Grain Processing Plant and the Liozno Grain Base through shell companies. He supplied equipment and other tangible assets to the enterprises, and in return, he received products on a barter basis, which he then profitably sold to business structures under preliminary agreements.
His actions were qualified under Part 2 of Article 233 of the Criminal Code of Belarus as illegal entrepreneurial activity, associated with obtaining income on a particularly large scale. Court hearings in this case were held at the place where the crime was committed. -0-
