A resident of the Orsha district posted a pornographic video on social media and became a defendant in a criminal case, BELTA was told by the press secretary of the Internal Affairs Directorate for Transport of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus, Alexander Marchenko. An unemployed resident of the village of Babinichi, Orsha district, born in 1991, according to law enforcement officers, from March to October 2010, posted eight pornographic videos in free access for public viewing on the global computer network "Internet" on his personal user page on a social network. As explained in the Internal Affairs Directorate for Transport, based on the materials of the transport police check on this fact, the Orsha District Department of the Investigative Committee initiated a criminal case under Part 2 of Article 343 of the Criminal Code (production and distribution of pornographic materials or objects of a pornographic nature using the global computer network "Internet"), which provides for imprisonment from two to four years. -0-
