A resident of Glubokoye received severe burns due to a heating boiler explosion, the press secretary of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Marina Fando, told a BELTA correspondent. The report of an explosion of a solid fuel heating boiler was received by the Central Operations Department of the Glubokoye Regional Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations yesterday evening. It was found that there were two heating boilers in the house measuring 10 m by 10 m - a gas boiler and a solid fuel boiler. Due to the cold weather, the owner decided to heat the latter, but, apparently, forgot to open the valves for water circulation. As a result, an explosion occurred, and the woman received a contused head wound and thermal burns on her legs of degree 1-2 (15% of her body). An ambulance crew hospitalized the victim. Preliminary cause of the explosion - non-compliance with the operating rules of the heating boiler.-0-
