– My father built the house. After his death, part went to me, the second belonged to my stepmother. After her death, I would like to register her share to myself. How is this possible? – the applicant asked for help.
The woman can buy out the second part of the house for one base unit, compensate for the costs of conducting the auction, and then register the property in her name, explained representatives of the Vitebsk District Executive Committee.
A resident of Senno District, according to her, was unfairly removed from the guardianship of a child whom she had been raising for four years. The woman would like to get the boy back, who is already living in a foster family. As explained to the applicant, her issue will be resolved by the court.
An Orsha resident appealed with a motion to create a barrier-free environment in the city. Curbs, potholes, and pits on sidewalks and roads create obstacles for wheelchair users. As informed by specialists, in the near future, the lowering of curbs and leveling of street sections are planned at the intersections and streets of Orsha. Work to create a barrier-free environment in the urban space will continue. By the order of Anatoly Linevich, this issue will be placed under strict control.
The owner of the "Lebedinoye" hunting farm in the Shchaty Lake area in the Polotsk district came to defend her position. According to her, local residents are unlawfully complaining that they are forbidden to fish in the reservoir for free. According to representatives of the regional committee for natural resources and environmental protection and the committee for agriculture and food of the regional executive committee, there are no critical remarks regarding this hunting farm. According to Anatoly Linevich, one of the possible solutions to the issue could be to reduce the fishing tariff for local residents, or other steps should be considered to avoid conflict.
Vitebsk women living in a building on Frunze Avenue appealed with a problem: after the major renovation of the building, water accumulates near and inside the entrance, and the housing and communal services workers have been promising to fix the situation for a long time. Work will be carried out in the specified building to eliminate flooding, and at the same time, the task is to find funds for the reconstruction of the roadway in the courtyard, commented Sergey Soglasayev, Deputy Chairman of the City Executive Committee. Anatoly Linevich ordered everything to be put in order within two months.
In a building on Smolenskaya Street in the regional center, a similar situation exists: after the renovation of the entrance, the roof leaks, and during rains, the apartment is flooded, reported another Vitebsk resident who attended the reception. In this case, the solution will be to carry out repairs at the expense of the utility organization with the assistance of the entrance residents, as the housing and communal services workers cannot repair everything solely at their own expense, suggested Sergey Soglasayev.

Such shortcomings should be eliminated in a timely manner, – the President’s aide summed up. – We forward all appeals to representatives of authorities, competent specialists in various fields, in order to thoroughly understand each problem and make a fair decision. People often come to communicate directly in close contact with representatives of the authorities, the President’s aide noted. If the residents of the region understand that they have been heard and there is feedback from the authorities, they will trust them more in the future.
