– People come with appeals on very serious problems to reach this stage, – noted the head of the region. – Some of them are practically unsolvable, as they are related either to interpersonal conflicts, or to land disputes where neither side wants to yield, or to obtaining an apartment in a situation where there are no legal grounds for it. On the one hand, one wants to empathize with the applicant, on the other hand, there is a law that does not allow resolving the situation exactly as they want. Therefore, one has to find a Solomon's solution to help the person.
Such receptions are important for people who sometimes get the last chance to defend justice and solve a problem that has been stalled for several years, or perhaps decades, believes Alexander Subbotin. This form of communication and interaction in society should exist. The Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee also expressed the idea that a number of problems that reach the regional authorities could have been resolved locally. For this, there must be more caring people in all management bodies, utility services, energy sector, and so on. Many problems could have been solved as soon as they arose.
Several residents of the regional center, as well as Orsha, Beshenkovichi, and Zaslonovo of Lepel district, appealed to Alexander Subbotin.
