Housing and communal services, housing and medical services - Anatoly Linevich held a direct line with residents of the Vitebsk region
The reception began with calls from the districts. A woman whose mother lives in Senno complained about local utility services. Since 2014, her plot of land with a house has been experiencing severe flooding. Capital repairs on the street were promised in 2016. According to the applicant, they have not been completed to this day, although the housing and communal services assure the woman in their responses that all necessary work has been done. The chairman of the district executive committee will investigate all circumstances and resolve the situation with a site visit.
A resident of Vitebsk approached with a personal issue. Her daughter suffers from bronchial asthma, and the woman asked for help in sending her daughter for rehabilitation to a sanatorium. The local regional health department will study the issue.
Another call came from a guardian of a disabled person from Vitebsk. She complained that she now has to take her child to the dentist, although previously such services were provided at home. Considering that her daughter is disabled, taking her to a medical facility is incredibly difficult. The woman also raised a personal issue regarding the care of a disabled person. The President's Aide assured that the problems would be investigated and answers would be provided.
Despite the fact that the direct line was held with residents of the Pervomaisky District of the regional center, people from other districts of Vitebsk and the region called mainly. "We are open to everyone. The nature of the applicants' questions does not change. People inquire about housing and communal services, and land disputes. We are always ready to resolve the issue on our part: either to solve it or to advise on what to do," noted Anatoly Linevich.
The President's Aide added that all opportunities should be used for communication with people, considering the current epidemiological situation. Telephone hotlines are very helpful in this regard. Nevertheless, it is planned that receptions will resume in the region in the near future, if applicants do not object to personal contact.
About 20 people managed to reach the Presidential Aide in the Pervomaysky district of the regional center. Issues of settlement improvement, land disputes, pension payments, and housing problems were raised.
