Decree No. 239 grants the local building materials plant and the dairy plant the right to sell residential buildings in the settlement of Kopyś, with the involvement of preferential loans, to the employees of the enterprises residing in these houses, by transferring the loan debt to them and preserving the issuance conditions. In addition, the head of state signed a directive on the modernization of the Orsha Tool Plant. The document is aimed at the urgent commencement of work on the renovation of the enterprise's production building. This year, the main symbol of the forum has changed – the cornflower. It has transformed into a carpet of life, weaving together human life, creativity, activities, and thoughts. This trendy cornflower will appear on magnets, mugs, keychains, and t-shirts. In early July, technical services will begin installing decorations and equipment on the stage of the Summer Amphitheater. Vitebsk will be immersed in the arts forum from July 10 to July 19.
